These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Journey Wise Tourism LLC. By confirming a booking with us, the client agrees to the terms outlined below.


1. Booking Confirmation


- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

- A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required payment and written confirmation from Journey Wise Tourism LLC.

- Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and confirmation is issued.


2. Payments


- Full or partial advance payment may be required depending on the service (hotel, tour, visa, flight, etc.).

- Payment deadlines must be strictly followed to secure services.

- Failure to make payment within the specified timeframe may result in automatic cancellation without prior notice.

- All payments must be made through approved payment methods communicated by our company.


3. Cancellation & Refund Policy


- Cancellation policies vary depending on the hotel, airline, tour operator, or attraction provider.

- Applicable cancellation charges will be informed at the time of booking confirmation.

- Refund timelines depend on supplier policies and banking processing times.

- No-show cases (failure to report on time) are typically non-refundable.

- Special events, peak seasons, and promotional bookings may be fully non-refundable.


4. Amendments & Changes


- Any request for modification (date change, name correction, service alteration) is subject to availability and supplier approval.

- Additional charges may apply for amendments.

- Certain bookings (e.g., Burj Khalifa, Museum of the Future, flights) may be non-changeable once confirmed.


5. Travel Documents & Visa


- Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, and required travel documents.

- Passports must have minimum validity as per destination regulations.

- Journey Wise Tourism LLC is not liable for denied boarding, visa rejections, or entry refusal due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.

- Visa approval is subject to immigration authority discretion.


6. Tours, Transfers & Activities


- Clients must adhere strictly to pickup/reporting times mentioned in the voucher.

- Delays caused by the client may result in missed services without refund.

- Sharing tours operate on fixed schedules and cannot be customized.

- Private transfers include point-to-point service as per itinerary only.


7. Hotel Policy


- Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings apply (typically 3:00 PM check-in / 12:00 PM check-out unless specified otherwise).

- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

- Tourism Dirham / City Tax (if applicable) must be paid directly at the hotel by the guest unless specified.


8. Pricing & Inclusions


- Only services explicitly mentioned in the confirmed itinerary or voucher are included.

- Personal expenses such as meals (unless specified), shopping, tips, porterage, room service, and optional tours are not included.

- Rates are based on current supplier pricing and may vary due to currency fluctuations or government changes.


9. Liability & Responsibility


- Journey Wise Tourism LLC acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, transport operators, attractions).

- While we select reliable partners, we are not liable for acts, omissions, delays, injuries, loss, accidents, or damages caused by third-party providers.

- We are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, government regulations, road closures, strikes, natural disasters, or force majeure events.


10. Insurance


Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.


Journey Wise Tourism LLC is not responsible for medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or personal loss without valid insurance coverage.


11. Force Majeure


In cases of events beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, flight cancellations, or government restrictions), we will attempt to provide alternatives; however, refunds or compensation will depend on supplier policies.


12. Acceptance of Terms


Confirmation of booking, payment of deposit, or use of our services constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
