• Tickets are valid for single entry only.
• Guests are advised to wear modest clothing covering shoulders and knees.
• Complimentary parking is available, while valet parking is chargeable.
• Wheelchairs are available free of charge, and strollers can be rented at an additional cost.
• Outside food and beverages (except bottled water) are not permitted.
• Sharp objects, folding bikes, skateboards, large bags, and similar items are prohibited inside the attraction.
• Prayer rooms, restrooms, first-aid facilities, and designated smoking areas are available.
• The Light Show (Palace in Motion) is scheduled at 07:10 PM, with last entry at 06:40 PM. Access to the show is included if operating on the date of your visit.
• Timings are subject to change depending on sunset timings.
• Heavy luggage is not permitted during the visit.
• Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited inside vehicles during transfer tours.
