Both gardens are seasonal attractions and operate mainly October–April. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Flower picking and touching butterflies is strictly prohibited. Drones and professional filming equipment are not allowed. Entry may be denied for rule violations or unsafe behavior.
